(Except for Red Keelboat)06 ScoringThe Low Point System will apply.07 Safety7.1 The participants of this regatta should take their own responsibilities about personal safety and equipment safety. Competitor shall wear personal floatation devices at all times while afloat.7.2 On race day, the club will arrange a temporary berth for receiving non-club boats.7.3 The organizing committee may reserve the above rights, if the Racing be canceled or delayed becaused of the weather or any other factors.the organizing committee has the right to cancel its competition qualification if the contestants occur harm to others or their own safety behavior, 08 Radio Communication8.1 Competitors should bring their own VHF radios, the official channel for the regatta is VHF 75.8.2 VHF radios can be chartered from the club. The chartering fee is 100RMB and the deposit is 1000RMB.09 Disclaimer and Liability The Shanghai Yacht Club and Resort will not accept any responsibility for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the Regatta. All competitors will participate at their own risk. See RRS Rule 4,Decision to Race.The contestants are deemed to be aware of and accept the relevant rules and tournament rules.10 Remarks 10.1 We only accept two-dimensional code enrollment;10.2 The captain of the self-team registration for the fleet responsible person;10.3 Those who do not have the ability to compete, can follow the experience of the boat veteran entry or to the SYC in advance to apply for a coach.10.4 Non-club vessel entry, please contact us in advance to confirm.
