Introduction 简介One Metre hulls, hull appendages, rigs and sails may be manufactured by any amateur or professional manufacturer without any requirement for a manufacturing license.一米级船体，船体附件，桅具和帆可以由任何业余或专业制造商制造，无需制造许可证。

A.7 SAILING INSTRUCTIONS 航行细则A.7.1 These class rules shall not be varied by sailing instructions except as provided by A.7.2.除A.7.2规定之外，本级别规则不得被航行细则更改。A.7.2 At World or Continental Championships the sailing instructions may vary these class rules only with the agreement of the ICA.在世界或洲际锦标赛上，只有在经ICA同意的情况下航行细则才可以更改本级别规则。
A.8 CLASS RULES AMENDMENTS 级别规则修订A.8.1 Amendments to these class rules shall be proposed by the ICA and are subject to the approval of IRSA.本级别规则的修订应由ICA提出，并应当经IRSA批准。
A.9 CLASS RULES INTERPRETATIONS 级别规则解释
A.9.1 GENERAL 概述Interpretation of class rules, except as provided by A.9.2, shall be made in accordance with the IOM ICA Regulations.除A.9.2规定之外，级别规则的解释应根据IOM ICA的规定执行。A.9.2 AT AN EVENT 在赛事上Any interpretation of class rules required at an event may be made by an international jury constituted in accordance with the RRS.
