补充通知
1. 对于IRC组别、 HKPN组别和博纳多First 40.7统一设计组别中参加离岸赛的船队， 国际帆联第四类离岸赛特别规则中的第4.2.6条（ 要求船上配备暴风帆） 不适用。此项更改了第四类离岸赛特别规则第4.2.6条。
2. 删除赛事公告第 4.2 条， 替换为：4.2 为了符合安全设备要求，所有船只必须携带甚高频无线电对讲机（ VHF） ，并具备传输及接收 72 和 77 频道（附加 16 频道）的能力。
3. 删除赛事公告第 12.4 条， 替换为:12.4 每晚的颁奖晚会上将会颁发当日比赛（每个级别或组别）的第一名。 总奖项将于 2016年 10 月 30 日（ 星期日） 晚的颁奖仪式上颁发。

Supplementary Notice 1
1. OSR Cat 4 for IRC, HKPN and 40.7 One Design except that OSR Rule 4.2.6 (The
requirement to carry Storm & Heavy Weather Sails) shall not apply.
This changes OSR Rule 4.2.6.
2. Delete NOR 4.2, replace with:
4.2 In addition to meeting the safety equipment requirements, all boats shall carry a VHF
transceiver capable of transmitting and receiving on Channels 72 and 77 (in addition
to CH 16).
3. Delete NOR 12.4, replace with:
12.4 Day prizes will be presented to the first placed boats in each class/division at the
daily Prizegiving, with the major and overall prizes being presented at the Sunday
night Prizegiving.
