报名程序已经启动，以下为此次比赛竞赛通知，望各位新老会员，大小帆友踊跃报名，积极参加，以赛代练，在帆船赛中寻找航行的快乐与刺激，在比赛中切磋技艺获得友谊！1.规则

1.1比赛遵循国际帆联2013-2016国际帆船竞赛规则（RRS）所撰述的帆船竞赛规则

1.2需遵循俱乐部会员相关规则

1.3因规则语言版本引起的争议以英文版本为主

2.船型安排

龙骨船：俱乐部提供Tirion(特里安)、BeneteauFirst 20（F20）、J80等船型，欢迎各类船东龙骨船前来参加。

稳向板船：0mega，topaz，laser，weta

3.日程安排

2016年4月9日星期六

9:30   报道

10:00  船长会议

11:30  比赛开始

15:30  比赛结束

16:00  交流分享会（茶水免费）

4.报名4.1 比赛前3天邮件报名与微信报名截止，原则上不接受现场报名，根据现场情况酌情安排。
4.2 自行组队报名，船长为船队责任人。
4.3 不具备比赛能力者，可跟随有驾船经验的老手们参赛或向美帆俱乐部事先  提出申请配备教练。
4.4 非俱乐部船只参赛，请提前联系确认。必要时我们会在赛场附近布设临时泊位，以便接应人员上岸参加赛前会。4.5 报名时请提前预约当日午餐。5.费用

5.1 会员：免费。

5.2 非会员：每人100RMB。

5.3 会员船东携带非会员朋友（驾驶会员船东帆船）：每人50元

5.4 非会员船东：每条船300RMB.

5.5 午餐每人50RMB，需要的话请提前预约.

6.比赛规则当天将会在船长会议上由总裁判长公布7.计分

第一名7分，第二名6分，第三名5分，第四名4分，第五名3分，第六名2分，第七名及以后都为1分。比赛将按个人积分累计记录。

注：同组别船数不满三条不计成绩

1.Rules

1.1 The racewill be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing(RRS).

1.2 The clubrules are considered.

1.3 If there isa conflict between languages the English text will take precedence

2.Format

Keetboat: Tirion, Beneteau First 20；J80

* We would have an award for the last month’s top three

4.Entry

4.1 The due time will be 3 days before the racing day and you can email or wechatus. The race committee will consider accept face-to-face register according tocertain situation.

4.2 Sign up in group and the skipper will be responsible

4.3 Sailors who are not so competitive may attend as crew and apply for ainstructor skipper from the club.

4.4 Non-club boat please contact in advance.

4.5 Please book the lunch in advance.

5.Fee

5.1 Member: Free

5.2 Non-member : 100 RMB per person

5.3 If Boat Owner takes non-member friends on his boat:50RMB per person

5.4 Non-member boat: 300RMB per boat

5.5 For  lunch, please make an appointment.50RMB per person

6.The courses

The course will be announced in the race day by the racing officer

7.Scoring

First place got 7 points,then 6,5,4,3,2,the seventh and after place got 1 point. The point you got willbe recorded personally.

*Won't  calculated results when less than three boat in one group.
