       3月27日上海国际游艇展慈善帆船赛将在上海美帆游艇俱乐部举办。欢迎各位帆友踊跃报名，为支持“爱心传递慈善基金会.蒲公英乡村图书馆”公益项目将慈善进行到底！以“扬帆起航(Sailing for Kids)”为主题的上海慈善帆船赛始于2008年4月，依托全亚洲规模最大、历史最悠久的船展——中国（上海）国际游艇展，致力于为服务儿童的公益组织和项目筹募资金，同时搭建与公众沟通了解的平台。活动开展8年来，已先后为其合作如公益组织募款约38万元。2016年中国（上海）国际游艇展慈善帆船赛竞赛通知3月27日
1. 规则
1.1   2016年上海慈善帆船赛将执行国际帆联2013-2016年帆船竞赛规则。
1.2   国家机构规定不适用。
1.3   各级别规定不适用。
1.4   比赛分为Beneteau First 20、J80，Omega，多体船，公开组5个组别。
1.5   语言上有冲突时，以中文版为准。
2.广告
2.1 国际帆联规则广告C级适用于本次比赛。
2.2 活动期间若计划在船体，帆或桅杆上展示船队赞助商的广告，请与慈善赛管理委员会联系。扣除必要的成本外，余款将一并捐助给麦田教育基金会。
2.3 参加船艇有义务根据组委会的要求在比赛船艇上张贴赞助商的标识.
3.资格和报名
3.1 比赛前2天邮件报名与微信报名截止，原则上不接受现场报名，根据现场情况酌情安排。
3.2 自行组队报名，船长为船队责任人。
3.3 不具备比赛能力者，可跟随有驾船经验的老手们参赛或向美帆俱乐部事先  提出申请配备教练。
3.4 非俱乐部船只参赛，请提前联系确认。必要时我们会在赛场附近布设临时泊位，以便接应人员上岸参加赛前会。

5. 报名费 5.1 中国（上海）国际游艇展慈善帆船赛报名费为100元人民币/人5.2 报名费(仅限人民币)于活动当日在比赛地点登记时交纳。

7.航线
7.1 航线设置遵照奥运会场地布标标准
7.2 龙骨船绕外圈，小帆船绕内圈
7.3 天气条件允许的情况下设置长航赛（具体请况以船长会议安排为准）
8. 惩罚方法
8.1 规则44.1和44.2将调整适用于小帆船、多体船和龙骨船。具体是指做自转惩罚的船，只需完成一圈旋转360°，包括一个迎风换弦和一个顺风换弦。8.2 根据规则70.5，抗议委员会的决定是最终的裁决。
9.计分
9.1 记分方法使用国际帆联低分记分方法。
9.2 (a) 所有比赛成绩记入最后的名次。(b) 如果两条船平分，得到最多第一的船只获胜。(c) 如果仍然平分，应以最后一场比赛的名次决定。
10.免责 参加比赛的选手应完全是自担风险。参见规则4，参赛决定。组织委员会不对赛前，比赛期间和赛后发生的或与之有关的任何物质损坏或个人受伤或死亡承担任何责任。

ADVERTISING2.1  Advertising will berestricted to Category A.2.2  Category C Advertisingwill be permitted on the strict understanding that any sponsorship raised byteam carrying said advertising will pass on any sponsorship specifically forthe event after a deduction for reasonable expenses2.3  Boats may be required todisplay advertising chosen and supplied by the organizing authority.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY3.1 The duetime will be 2 days before the racing day and you can email or wechat us. 4. CLIASSIFICATIONThe ISAF Sailor Classification Code will apply.
5. FEES & Donations5.1 The entry fee for Shanghai International Boat Show Charity Regatta is 100RMBper head (50RMB for Optimist sailor ).5.2 Entry fee is paid in cash (RMB only) on the regatta venue on March 27th,  2016 when registering.

7. THE COURSES7.1  Course standards set to observe the Olympic venues7.2  Keel boat around the outer ring, the small sailing around the inner ring7.3  Weather permitting set long-endurance (specific changes will be subject to the captain meeting)
8. PENALTY SYSTEM8.1 For the monuhull  class Multihulls class penalty will as per Rule 44.1 and 44.2 of the RRS 2013-2016.are changed so that only one turn,including one tack and one gybe, is required.8.2 Decision of the protest committee will be final as provided in rule 70.5.
9. SCORING9.1The scoring system is ISAF Low Point System.9.2(a) There will be no discard.(b) In the case of a tie the boatwith the most first places will be the winner.(c) If there is still a tie, thattie will be broken by the boats respective scores in the final race.
10. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITYCompetitorsparticipate in the regatta entirely at their own risk; see RRS Rule 4 - Decisionto race.  The organizing authority willnot accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or deathsustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.
