我见过排水量5000千吨的油船，用6mm做外板的。实际计算，5.5mm就够，保险起见选了6mm。

记得98年的时候，我在老家镇上船厂做焊工，500T的船外面用的也是5---6mm的钢板，不过是走内河的，走海，我想8mm的q345应该够了，当然还有整体结构设计的问题。

经过大家的积极讨论，那就建议楼主采用8个的来做k列板吧，宽1.5米，外底其余6个。有机会再去了解下海边二十来米钢渔船的。

另外，同学提到老款博拉多43的龙骨压寨重，那个流线型的铁家伙重2.5顿。

我也有类似的想法，不过是用于退休后旅游和休闲活动，LZ彪悍，比我的想法激进的多，

补充一个问题：这种自制帆船需要适航证书吗？下水会不会被海事给没收了？

前一阵子看到北京的兄弟，在水库就被扣了。

如果真的要用钢板造的话，建议选用折线型横截面的船型。这样外板加工相对容易一点，否则没有大吨位的油压机，形状不好做。

我看过葫芦加火工加样条加工渔船外板，25米长的船，10厚。就是得请个火工师傅。

中泡面mid ship section 用折线性外板也是一个可行的更简单的办法，好像翟峰的兰船就是个。

楼主自己考虑那个吧，要好看强度好些就加工难些，要加工简单点强度够用就折线行。外观全在个人喜好。

This is a frameless boat so temporary station frames must be provided. For aluminum construction structural weight is not a problem, so we suggest that the temporary aluminum frames rather be left in for additional strength. Use 75x8mm flat bar frames with the stringers slotted in and the outer edges in contact with the hull skin.

First of hull skin panels dragged into position and tack welded to keel.


Both bottom panels fitted and tacked to keel as well as along centreline seam.


Bird's eye view at the same stage.


Second panel each side being fitted. The builders did this out of sequence, it would be better to fit the hull floors before fitting any more hull panels.


Side view at the same stage. The pre-cut hull stringers are lying On the ground next to the hull.
