4. YB Iridium Tracker
In order to ensure safety of the participating boats in the offshore races and record the important data such as racetrack and speed, the Race Committee will provide all Classes with YB Iridium Tracker and related training. YB Iridium Tracker will be used as important basis to judge the result. Specific information is as follows:
4.1 Receive Date: 15th March.
4.2 Equipment Deposit: RMB 4000/per set
Rental and Communication Fee: RMB 1000/per set
At the end of the event, the deposit will be on a full refund when the equipment is at a good state. If the equipment has been lost or damaged, the team should pay with its original price.

5. INMARSAT Telephone
All Classes participating boats should be equipped with INMARSAT Telephone in order to communicate with the Race Committee during the time of offshore race. In addition, the Race Committee provides paid INMARSAT Telephone rental services for the boats (only 10 telephones). It is available to apply one before 15th March, here is the specific information:
5.1 INMARSAT Telephone
Rental Fee (15th March-23st March): RMB 800/per set (including RMB 500 with 277 minutes talking time)
Deposit: RMB 4000/per set

6. Foreign Ships Exit and Entry Information
In order to ensure foreign boats (including the boats whose home ports are in Hong Kong or Macao) successfully access in and out Hainan’s ports and finished the races, please ensure crews’ documents and the boats are prepared well before the boats leave their home ports. The documents needed are as follows:
6.1 If the boat is with the nationality of Hong Kong or Macao should provide the “Certificate of Ownership” and “Operating License”. The boats are with other nationalities should provide "Certificate of Registry".
6.2 Yacht Value Invoice (the builder’s invoice or the effective commercial invoice provided by the boat’s owner).
6.3 The crew/passengers exit and entry certificates: Hong Kong crew/passengers should provide Home Return Permit; The Taiwanese should provide Taiwan Compatriots Certificate; Foreigners should provide passport and valid China visa. Mainland Chinese crew who sail from Hong Kong or Macao should provide Hong Kong or Macao Pass and the list of the crew on the boat. The above documents should be scanned clearly from the originals or copies.
6.4 The scanned documents of the Driver’s License or the Certificate of Competency. People with the certain driving license can only drive the corresponding boat. Please provide the expected travel plan of the boats for the convenience of the agency to prepare the entry and exit documents in advance.
7. Crew Replacement
Each boat should ensure the substitute crew is qualified and have the insurance. If the boat needs to replace its crews, which team should apply to the Race Committee at 20:00 only 1 day earlier and provide related personal documents and certificates. If there are not valid documents or certificates, the substitute crews would not be permitted to get on board.

Berth: Free electricity and water provided during 1 March to 31 March. Participated Boats can get a 2 Yuan/feet/day limit cumulative berth fee in other time

Water Fee: 6.5 Yuan/ton (which depend on the actual standard)
Electricity Fee: 2.5 Yuan/kW.h (which depend on the actual standard)
Refueling Service: Diesel (The PetroChina refueling boat will provide oil replenishment for All Classes’ boats respectively on March 16th and 17th. The participating boats must report the refueling demand on March 15th. The oil price will fluctuate with the market price).

10. Insurance
The Race Committee provides competitor and passenger with paid personal accident insurance with a minimum overage of RMB ￥800,000 or equivalent per event. The paid accident insurance is available in the registration.
