ASA是 American Sailing Association美国帆船协会的简称，自1983年。ASA即建立了一整套帆船培训的国际标准体系用来认证帆船教官与学员并不断修正和完善。到目前为止，ASA在帆船培训领域的成绩大家有目共睹。

Basic Keelboat Sailing Standard (ASA 101)

Description: Demonstrated ability to skipper a sloop-riggedkeelboat of approximately 20 to 27 feet in length by day in light to moderatewinds and sea conditions. Basic Coastal Cruising Standard (ASA 103)
