帆船主题团建拓展作为增加团队凝聚力和向心力的一项重要方式，越来越受到员工和企业的青睐，但仅限于船长开船大家坐的传统模式怎么能满足大家对于帆船的好奇心嘞？
那怎么办？当然是自！己！开！船！
在体验乘船出航的过程中，由专业的船长教授基本的驾船技术，亲手掌舵拉缭绳，深度感受帆船的魅力，满足你对航海的征服欲，才是帆船团建的正确打开方式好嘛！
帆船深度体验美帆帆船团建新概念，用半天/一天的时间，体验帆船的乐趣的同时，掌握帆船驾驶基本技能。
半日帆船深度体验 Half day training费用：650元/人/半天 650RMB per person per half-day
团建流程：
分组设组长，使用大帆船进行体验式教学。6人以上可安排两船或多船进行对抗比赛Before Start：Divide guests into sevral teams, each team point a team leader.
09：00- 09：45 或 13:00-13:45分组后在大厅统一集合，先学习帆船基本知识、帆船绳结，然后到码头学习怎样升帆。在大厅学习基本的竞赛规则First several teams meet in the club house to learn basic sailing theory and rope knots ,then gather at dock to learn how to hoist a sail.Learn basic racing rules at the club house
10：00- 12:00， 或 14:00-16:00上船练习，对抗比赛。
sailing race practice, match race.
12：00- 12:30， 或 16:00-16:30帆船归航，所有人员在码头集合，学习降帆收帆的整理操作过程。The boats come back, all members of several teams gather at the dock to learn de-rigging process .
活动结束后，总结交流并发放结业证书。At the end, surmaeise and give certificate.
12：30- 13:30 午餐自助餐 （免费/for free）13：30后返程 back to the city （如果活动下午开始，则午餐时间为11：30- 13:00If the activity begains in the afternoon, lunch time is 11：30- 13:00）
一日帆船深度体验whole day training
费用：950元/人/天 950RMB per person per day
团建流程：

10：00- 12：00Am若干组在大厅统一集合，先学习帆船基本知识、帆船绳结，然后到码头学习怎样升帆。First several teams meet in the club house to learn basic sailing theory and rope knots ,then gather at dock to learn how to hoist a sail.
12：00- 13:30，午餐自助餐 （免费） buffet（for free）
13：30- 14:00，在大厅学习基本的竞赛规则Learn basic racing rules at the club house 14：00- 16:00，若干组上船练习，对抗比赛。Sailing race practice, match race among several teams .
16：00- 16:30，帆船归航，所有人员在码头集合，学习降帆收帆的整理操作过程。The boats come back, all members of several teams gather at the dock to learn de-rigging process .
16：30后返程 back to the city
整个帆船理论和实际操作学习内容：Practical Lessons and theory:Rigging, Launching & Recovery / 组装，送船出海，归航 • Understands to rig a boat head to wind / 理解装船时船头顶风 • Rig a boat and prepare gear / 能够成功装船及准备装备 • Return to shore / 成功回岸 • De-rig and stow a boat and gear / 成功拆卸，并安置船及装备Ropework / 打绳结 • Figure of eight / 会结8字节 • Round turn and two half hitches / 绕绳和双半结• Can beam reach / 能够横风航行 • Can stop by lying to / 能够依靠停船 • Can control boat speed / 具备控制船速的能力 • Can turn front of boat through the wind (tack) / 能够将船头转到风的方向（迎风转 向） • Can get out of irons / 能够将船驶出不可航行角度 • Can sail upwind / 能够迎风航行• Can sail downwind / 能够顺风航行 • Can turn the back of the boat through the wind (gybe) / 能够将船尾转到风的方向 （顺风过帆） • Can crew a boat effectively / 能够有效地操纵帆船 • Can choose and correctly fit personal buoyancy / 能够自行选择和调节合适的救生服 •• Understands importance of staying with the boat / 了解人船不分的重要性 Theory / 理论 General / 概况 • Has knowledge of parts of the boats / 了解帆船的结构 • Understands local hazards / 了解本地情况 • Understands how to prepare for a tow / 了解被牵引前准备 • Understands No Go Zone / 了解不能航行的角度 • Knows what is meant by Windward, Leeward and Gybe / 了解上风，下风以及顺 风过帆的含义
以上学习内容为可能涉及内容，具体实践过程中教练将依据当日风力等实际情况选取部分或全部内容进行教授，并在团建结束后对参与者进行反馈；
