上海美帆青少年培训2018年培训计划正式推出。为了给学生更多的选择，尊重他们未来的航海意愿，2018年我们将新加两个课程：船长入门课和竞赛B班。费用方面我们也有所调整，以方便学生报名，让更多的学生参与，并确保我们能履行我们的承诺。
Shanghai Meifan Youth Training classes provide a comprehensive syllabus to enable students to progress from total beginner through to advanced level sailing. In 2018 we are adding two new modules – Seamanship and Racing B – in order to give students more choice about the direction in which they want to take their sailing. We are also updating our payment procedures in order to add more flexibility, making it possible for more students to attend, and ensuring that we can meet our commitments. 课程介绍Course Introduction
01总纲 General
与2017年一样，初级班和进阶班培训将在10周内进行，循序渐进地提高学生的逐步发展学生的航海技能。学期的最后一周将会进行理论知识和实践能力考试。考试合格的学生可以进入下一个级别，也可以申请IYT铜级（初学者）或IYT银级（高级）证书。船长入门班也将在10周的时间内进行，并且引入更多的高级技能，例如球帆操作，强风航行，无舵航行和IYT金级模块的其他内容等。
没有通过理论考试的学生可以在规定的时间内自己重新参加考试。没有通过实践模块考试的学生将被告知是否需要重新学习整个模块，或只是练习特定的不熟练的技能才能通过。学期结束后，所有学生均将收到书面报告反馈。
As in 2017, Beginner and Advanced training take place over 10 weeks, progressively developing skills. The final week of term there will be an exam testing both theory knowledge and practical ability. Successful students may then move on to the next module, and also apply for an IYT Bronze (Beginner) or IYT Silver (Advanced) certificate.
The Seamanship module will also take place over the course of 10 weeks, and introduce more advanced skills such as spinnaker handling, sailing in strong winds, sailing rudderless, and other components of the IYT Gold modules. We will use a combination of larger double-handed boats and keelboats. At the end of the 10 weeks, there will be a test combining theory and practical elements. Successful students will be able to apply for the relevant IYT Gold certificates.
Students who do not pass the theory test may retake in their own time under exam conditions. Students who do not pass the practical element will be told whether they need to retake the whole module, or just practice specific skills in order to pass. At the end of term, all students will receive a written report on their progress.
02初级班 Beginner
初级班是针对对帆船零基础的7岁以上的学员，在初级班学员可以了解帆船知识，探索帆船奥秘。会在专业教练指导下学习帆船基础技能。能够独立装船，掌握基础绳结，判断风向等等，在课程结束时能够独立驾驶帆船在适当的天气航行。
The beginner's class is for students over the age of 7 who are on the basis of sailing. In the beginner class, they can learn about sailing and explore the mystery of sailing. Learn the basic skills of sailing under the guidance of a professional coach. Be able to ship independently, master basic knots, judge the wind direction, etc. At the end of the course, be able to sail independently in appropriate weather.03进阶班 Advanced 进阶班是针对有一定帆船基础的7岁以上的学员，进阶班学员可以学习到在不同的天气风向下装船、归航及停靠拆卸帆船，学习更为复杂的绳结，能够在专业教练的指导下，在课程结束时可以演示五要素，进行绕标（三角标）航行。学生在航行时更加具有独立性。
The advanced class is for sailing a certain basis over the age of 7 students.Advanced students will learn: how to rig according to weather conditions, and launch and recover in different wind directions; more complicated knots; how to demonstrate the Five Essentials around a triangle, under the supervision of an instructor. Students will learn to become more independent sailors.04船长入门班Seamanship Training在进阶班的基础上引入更多的高级技能，例如球帆操作，强风航行，无舵航行和IYT 金级模块的其他内容等。
The Seamanship module will introduce more advanced skills such as spinnaker handling, sailing in strong winds, sailing rudderless, and other components of the IYT Gold modules.
05竞赛B赛Racing B本模块旨在向IYT银级水平的学生介绍帆船比赛能力以及参加比赛所需的技能。课程时间为10周，每个星期专注于不同的技能。竞赛B班的学生也将有机会参加与竞赛A班相同的比赛，以此来提升他们的竞技体验。
This module is designed to introduce students of IYT Silver sailing ability to the skills needed to take part in racing. Again it takes place over 10 weeks, with each week focusing on a different skill. Racing B students will also have the opportunity to participate in the same races as the Racing A team, so that they can boost their competitive experience. At the end of the term, Racing A and Racing B students will compete with each other, with successful B team students gaining the chance to move up to the A team.06竞赛A班 Racing A 有竞赛经验的学生将进入竞赛A班，每周都会接受专业竞赛教练的指导学习和训练。由于竞赛A班的学生已经具备了参加比赛的必要技能，因此这里的重点将放在维持和提高帆船操纵、启航、绕标和竞赛策略的培训上。因此竞赛A班的课程不同于其他课程，而更为因材施教，不设定固有的课程大纲，而是针对每个学生采取不同的训练方式和侧重点，因为教练要按照队员需要练习的技能来设计课程内容。
Students with racing experience will be part of the Racing A team, and will train every week in structured sessions overseen by a professional race coach. Since Racing A students already have the necessary skills to participate in racing, the focus here will be on maintaining and improving skills such as boat handling, starts, mark rounding, and tactics. There is therefore no fixed syllabus, as the coach will plan sessions based on what team members need to work on.

我们的青少年培训表的安排是为了充分适应和利用上海最合适玩帆船的天气，并与俱乐部原有的的夏令营传统相协调。初级班、进阶班、船长入门和竞赛B班都以10个星期为一个学期。期中竞赛A班的培训是按月安排，从三月份到十一月份，包括暑假和寒假。2018年的日期:春季班: 4月7号到6月10号秋季班: 9月1号到11月4号Our Youth Training Schedule is arranged to take advantage of the best sailing weather in Shanghai, and to coordinate with our summer camp program. For Beginner, Advanced, Seamanship and Racing B modules training takes place over a 10 week term. For the Racing A Team, training is arranged on a monthly basis from March to November, with summer and winter breaks.Dates for 2018 Spring Term : April 7th-June 10th Autumn Term : September 1st-November 4th

Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds except in exceptional circumstances; for cancelled or missed classes, see below.01课程取消Cancelled Classes如果我们因为恶劣天气或者其他不可控的情况把课程取消，我们将免费提供补课机会。补课会按照教练和设备可用性来安排，并尽量协调学生时间。
If we are forced to cancel a class due to bad weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will provide one free opportunity to make up this class. The class will be rescheduled according to the availability of instructors and equipment, and as far as possible in accordance with students' availability.01缺课及补课Missed Classes 初级班&进阶班For Beginners, Advanced如果学生一次***付全学期学费，学期中因为个人情况缺课，将可得到两次免费补课机会，所补课程必须在学期结束之前完成，除特殊情况外，学期结束后补课机会作废。你可以在周六上下午、周日上下午之间自由选择上四个半天课程，但需要与教练提前预约确定。 我们将记录考勤，并在学期内提醒你要补课。
如果你是按天付款，则无免费补课机会。按天付款学员在每天上课前需要至少提前一天和教练确认该天班级人数是否已满，若人数已满，则需预约其他时间。
If you miss a class for personal reasons, and have paid the full-term price in advance, you will be entitled to two free make-up classes. These classes MUST be taken before the end of term – after the end of term there will be no make-up classes, except at our discretion. You can make up classes by attending any of the four half-day sessions on offer – Saturday a.m. and p.m., Sunday a.m. and p.m. We will keep a record of any missed classes and remind you during term.
If you are paying per class, you are not entitled to any free make-up classes, but you can attend class whenever is convenient for you, provided you confirm in advance to make sure we have sufficient instructors available.
If you are unable to make up classes before the end of term, unfortunately we are unable to offer any further compensation. We do not offer cash refunds in exchange for missed classes.
船长入门&竞赛B班
For Seamanship, Racing B
如果学生一次***付全学期学费，学期中因为个人情况缺课，将可得到两次免费补课机会。这些课程将按照固定的时间表来安排，并尽量方便我们的学生参与；若在安排时间因为个人原因没办法补课，我们不进行退款。
如果你是按天付款，将无免费补课机会。 然而你可以按照正常的价格参与我们的补课。如果你学期结束之前未补课，我们不进行退款。
If you miss a class for personal reasons, and have paid the full-term price in advance, you will be entitled to two free make-up classes. These classes will be arranged by our instructors according to a fixed schedule, which we will do our best to make sure is convenient for students; if you are also unable to attend, unfortunately we are not able to offer any further compensation.
If you are paying per class, you are not entitled to any free make-up classes. You may, however, attend the pre-arranged make-up classes at the usual rate.
If you are unable to make up classes before the end of term, unfortunately we are unable to offer any further compensation. We do not offer cash refunds in exchange for missed classes.
竞赛A班
For Racing A Team
从2018年开始，竞赛班不提供免费补课。 若学员已预付一个月课程的全款，因个人情况错过课程时，错过的课程可在下个月补上，或者在其报名同年其他课程时减掉这节课所对应的费用。如果是按天付款，则没有补课。如果多数学生没办法上课，我们会按照赛事教练的时间安排补课。如果你想跟赛事教练多上课，我们可以安排，但是要另外付费。
From 2018, the Racing Team will no longer have free make-up classes. If you miss a class for personal reasons, and have paid the monthly rate, the missed class(es) will count as credit towards next month's training. If you are paying per class, there will be no compensation. If a number of students are unable to attend a class, we may arrange a make-up class depending on instructor availability. If you wish to do extra training with the Race Coach, this can be arranged for an extra fee at mutual convenience.
